Army Veteran DeLisa Smith is the creator and CEO of VoiceProofed.com, the sultry voice of Alee’s Candles, and friendly and approachable voice of COCC Labs Columbus.
Before getting into voiceover, DeLisa worked 30 years in the medical field. While working at the Cincinnati Veterans Hospital in 2011 she became interested in and trained as a voice artist with Voicesforall. She began following and eventually trained with The Great Voice Company. In 2020 DeLisa won the “Great Voiceover Challenge” contest. In 2021 she began her studies in Television and Broadcasting program at The Ohio Media School; where she excelled, setting herself apart as an up and coming figure to watch.
